Your privacy is important to us.
Names, email addresses and locations from all correspondence sent to our 'Contact' email address will be held in a contacts database by LIFNano Rx Ltd (“LIFNano™”) for an unlimited period, for general demographic purposes and to enable us to provide information about LIFNano™ to you. This personal information will not be shared with any other individual, group or organisation. All other unsolicited data, including the content of all messages and attachments, and any personal information contained therein, will be deleted from our records within one year of receipt.

“Cookies” are snippets of text information collected during an online session and stored on the User’s hard drive in the form of a special ASCII file (cookie.txt). The place where the Cookie is stored on the User’s equipment is controlled by the User’s own web browser. A Cookie contains information that is sent back to the server during the next online visit. It can only be read by the server that previously stored it. Most browsers are set to automatically accept Cookies. However, this function can be deactivated in the browser any time. You can set your browser to notify you when Cookies are sent.
In plain English, LIFNano™ uses Google Analytics to learn about how many people are looking at our site, what pages interest you, whereabouts you are in the world, and how you found us. In order for us to do that, Google must record certain information from your computer and store it on their servers in the US. While this information may be able to be reveal personal information about you and your computing habits, Google have declared that they will not reveal this information to any third party unless specifically required by law.
Web Server Logs
LIFNano™ also stores IP address (a network ID number which identifies your computer's location) data in the log files on our own web server, but this is not linked to personal information. Should we ever feel motivated to examine this data, it will be used for very general demographic purposes only as described above - it's useful for us to know the number of visitors to our website, and from which institutions and countries they're visiting.
